Refund & Warranty Policy

  1. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
    Customers may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the monitor.

    • For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for shipping the monitor to the designated return address.

    • Once we receive the returned monitor:

      • If the product is brand new and unopened, a full refund will be issued.

      • If the product has been opened or used, 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.

      • If any accessories are missing, the corresponding value of the missing items will also be deducted.

  2. Warranty for Quality Issues
    Our monitors are covered by a one-year warranty.

    • Within the warranty period, if a monitor has a quality issue, we will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.

    • We will also arrange and cover the return shipping of the defective monitor.

    • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

  3. Partial Refunds for Minor Issues

    • If the monitor has minor defects such as light scratches on the casing or missing accessories, we will offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.

  4. Damages During Shipping

    • If the monitor is damaged during shipping, customers must provide evidence (such as photos or videos).

    • Once confirmed that the damage occurred during transit, we will issue a full refund.

    • Shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
